I love how different kinds of vases lend themselves well to different kinds of flower arrangements. This pedestal Bowl did not disappoint in creating this large and dramatic asymmetrical flower arrangement using flowers form my yard. This vase is currently available on my online shop.

Just this morning I created this tray with pre-breakfast snacks, coffee, and creamer. My kids were ecstatic when I carried this tray to our couch. It really felt like we were celebrating our morning together.

After my kids devoured the fruit they climbed into my lap for snuggles and book reading as I sipped my coffee and savored the morning together.

This bowl along with many other bowls by myself, and other artist will be a part of "Chrysalis Center’s annual Empty Bowls event is a family-friendly evening that raises awareness and support to combat hunger in our community. All proceeds from Empty Bowls benefit Freshplace, Chrysalis Center’s innovative fresh food pantry, which provides fresh, nutritious food and individualized case management services to 100 families living in Hartford."

I always want both! Either way these bowls are beautiful way to eat some strawberries. Each of these bowls have just been added to my online shop. And I will say I do love the crystal growth on the inside of this bold green berry bowl.

I love pairing my mugs with a charcuterie board. It makes me feel like I am bringing a high coffee shop or restaurant experience to my home. I currently have a nice selection of both in my online shop.

About the the exhibition:
Warm your hands and heart with these wonderful mugs crafted with hot chocolate in mind. While hot chocolate is a beloved drink enjoyed by many across the world, the hot chocolate mug form is a less well-defined form than the cups used for many other traditional drinks, such as teabowls, teacups, and the many specific cup forms used for different types of coffee or alcoholic drinks. Hot chocolate may be served in a no-nonsense, diner-style mug that's unlikely to spill, or it may be served in a wide open form, allowing the steam and deliciousness to rise to the nose. It might be cradled in the hands around the campfire, or it might be enjoyed at the dinner table or on the sofa on a chilly evening. Artists in this show have interpreted the hot chocolate mug according to their own favorite recipes, and many of them have shared those recipes, which you'll find on the product page for each mug in the show.
