Improve your Hygge with a Handmade Bowl

Picture
The main reason I love winter is soup. I literally look forward to making and eating soups again all summer long. Plus, I love eating out of my handmade bowls.
Bonus reason to love winter this 2024 is our new wood stove insert. It adds so much more warmth to our house.

Customer Review of Mug

12/8/2023

"It was even more lovely in person."

Picture
"Loved the mug! It was even more lovely in person. I purchased it as a gift but was tempted to keep it for myself. The high level of craftsmanship was evident in the details of the functional design (perfect 2-finger handle, comfortably fit a 12 oz cup of coffee, etc.). Would buy here again!" ~Alicia

Last Shop Update of 2023

12/5/2023

Merry Christmas!

Hi there,
As a mother of littles, I am slowly becoming less Grinch like. That means I now happily play Christmas tunes the entire month of December, and pull out Christmas decorations Thanksgiving weekend.

Where are you on the loving Christmas scale?
Do you start Playing Christmas music come November 1 or do you protest having Christmas music play until the day of Christmas.
Picture
Regardless of where you fall on the how much you love Christmas scale, you are probably looking for some gifts to buy for yourself or loved ones. And I have just updated my online shop with some new pots like this beautiful onion jar.

Press: Interviewed on Redfin Blog

4/3/2023

I'm featured in Redfin's article "22 Unique Ways to Bring Texture into Your Apartment"

Picture
In this article they have a compiled a list of ideas of how to "bring texture" and in many cases artwork into your apartment. Under idea number 17 "Curate a collection of pottery pieces" they feature my interview idea of “My favorite kitchen trend is open shelving for displaying your functional pottery collection rather than their being hidden behind kitchen cupboards. I also like to incorporate storage containers such as a garlic jar, a bowl filled with your favorite fruits, and a vase filled with fresh flowers. The kitchen is the heart of the home and where so many meaningful conversations revolve around the act of eating and drinking.”
