The grain free bar is definitely sweeter of the two recipes with the help of the addition of chocolate chips. Where as, the Oatmeal bar seems heartier like a breakfast bar. In addition, the grain free bar is crunchier as it contains more nuts. They are both delicious in their own ways.

Behind the Scenes:
Side Story:
I have refused to be a baker up until today when I purchase my first ever cookie sheets. So you can believe me when I say these granola bars are really easy to make as this is coming from a non-baker. Super excited to have some healthy snacks as we move into the holiday season. And...I'm so glad I purchased the parchment paper as I had no clean up to do on the cookie sheets, and it was really easy to cut and separate the granola bar pieces.
