Ingredients:

Instructions:

4
1/3  cup
1tsp
1tsp
1tbs
1 cup
2.25 cups
2 cups

Eggs
Honey
Baking Powder
Cinnamon Powder
Oil
Milk
Nut/Seed Mix*
Steel Cut Oats
1. Mix wet ingredients first
2. Add and mix in dry ingredients
3. line pan with parchment paper and spread mixture about 1/2 inch thick
4. bake at 350F for about 35 min or until preferred level of crunchiness
Alterations to recipe:
Add peanut butter or canned pumpkin. If I add either of these I will increase amount of seed/nut mix and oats.

*Seed, nut mix:
I usually buy a bag of chia seeds, ground flax, hemp hearts, walnuts, pecans, and walnuts that I combine together. Sometimes I will also add a bag of coconut flakes, dried fruit, or lily's chocolate chips.

Please note: that my goal of these bars is low sugar and filling. So do not expect a typical sugary granola bar that you get from the grocery store, but if you do want them sweeter you could always add more honey or chocolate chips.
