Good bye Lyndon, IL Studio. If all goes as planned we will be selling our tiny house in Lyndon, IL and buying a different tiny house in Milwaukee, WI later this month. In the meanwhile, my Uncle is graciously providing us with temporary housing in Wisconsin. The Lyndon, IL studio will certainly be one of my most memorable studios. The studio took up the majority of the house, and during the winter my electric kiln heated our tiny house up to 90F which was very handy when our furnace broke during below freezing weather conditions. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into our first house. New siding, paint, flooring, trim, doors, electrical updates, lots of accent walls...and more. Whoops...we put a little more time and money than we should have in that house, but who would have known we were only going to be there for such a short time.
Some great ceramics were made in that little house, and lots of memories. |
