Walls are up!

Latest update of converting my basement into a ceramic studio.

My basement studio officially feels cozy and enjoyable to work in!
It is literally cozier with the addition of insulation the basement stays a lot warmer, and visually cozier with the warm hues of the wooden walls.

I am still figuring the layout of my studio, and need to build more furniture but it's mostly done. The time to put up these walls was almost month, and well worth the disruption in studio time. Now to add some more shop lights for these long dark Milwaukee winter days.

​My favorite part of the basement remodel so far is my deep window sills that I am already starting to fill with plants.

I'll be sharing more photos soon of this basement slowly turning into a functional studio space.
