Click read more button. Christmas tree or Christmas Cactus?Last year I started the tradition of adding Christmas tree lights to my Christmas Cactus in lieu of a Christmas tree. I'm still unpacking from the move to Connecticut, but this Christmas Cactus will have it's Christmas lights soon.
What do you think. Does this make me scrooge or a creative person? Regardless I'm so excited my Christmas Cactus survived the move, and it's need for severe pruning and has produced some blooms after all. Need a unique Christmas gift? Mug Adventures: The Tarn Pond, Acadia National Park, MaineIf you are cutting it close to sunset and want to squeeze a little more nature time then I highly recommend walking along the Tarn in Acadia National Park. There is parking right by the pond, and you can see the road and how far you need to walk back to your car as you enjoy hopping along the rock path.
